the location was amazing, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transport. The room was clean and well-equipped with a convenient kitchenette. The staff were responsive and made the whole process smooth.

The double room was amazing! It had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot summer days. The private entrance and balcony with city views added a nice touch. The private bathroom was clean and the walk-in shower was so refreshing. a great cozy room for my low-budget travels.
The only downside was that the room had heating, but no mention of a fan. It would have been nice to have a fan option for those who prefer cooler temperatures.

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the port in the middle of the charming old town. With multiple metro stops nearby and a short walk from the main train station, it is very convenient for exploring the city. The recently renovated building is stylishly done and the rooms are compact but well-designed, with useful facilities such as a fridge and kettle.
The door to the room can be difficult to open at times, causing inconvenience and frustration for guests.

Stayed at a place that claimed to be in the center but was actually miles away. WiFi was great though, so I could at least enjoy the view of the city I couldn't explore.
So glad the location wasn't accurate, because who needs to be close to the center when you can enjoy a scenic walk instead?
